All Welsh corgi pembrokes and Welsh corgi cardigans who have been entered in the EST register by the end of the year at the latest and whose owner has a valid membership in the Breed Association at the time of submitting the application for the competition can compete in the categories of the most successful sports dog of the year organized by the Estonian Welsh Corgi Club.

The results of competitions and exams held in Estonia are collected and written down by the Breed Association, they do not have to be sent. Competitions held outside Estonia, which according to the scoring system of this statute give points in the dog's scoring, are taken into account only if the owner of the dog sends the data together with a copy of the competition book.

The results must be received by the Corgi Club by 15 January of the year following the year in which the scoring is kept.

According to the points system, when determining the best of the dogs with equal scores, the scores of the competitions and then the exams are first compared and the dogs are ranked accordingly.

Accounts are kept for both breeds separately. The Estonian Welsh Corgi Breeding Association awards the participants of the competition classes.

The breed association reserves the right to make changes to the scoring system. When making changes, the association will also announce it on its website.

For all dogs, the five best results between January 1 and December 31 count. Points for competitions and exams are counted if the competitions and exams have taken place according to the approved rules.
